James Flynn has amassed over 30 years experience within the education, financial services and communications sectors. 

James has extensive  experience as a business manager and human resources practitioner.

Within education he has served on a number of College Boards, peak bodies and professional associations.

Damien Cairns has more than 25 years of experience working for the banking, not for profit and education sectors.

He also has extensive experience as a Marketing Manager with particular emphasis in developing strategic plans, marketing campaigns, business branding, staff development and training. 

Damien is a qualified accountant and Chartered Company Secretary.
